Convened by the National Women’s Political Caucus (NWPC), the 2021 Coalition for Women’s Appointments seeks to recruit and recommend qualified women candidates for political appointments at all levels of government in the new Biden-Harris administration.
As a multi-partisan initiative, the Coalition for Women's Appointments works to align collaborating partners and individuals who can help represent a diverse and inclusive process in order to identify and recruit a large pool of qualified women ready to serve in appointed positions in our federal government.
Support President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris and their administration’s commitment to 50% gender parity for women political appointees with a focus on diversity and inclusion of historically underrepresented groups including women of color, LGBTQ+, and disabilities.
We hope our Appoint Women website and resources will serve as a one-stop resource to help more women get prepared to serve in federal appointed office.
The future of our country starts with us!
